- Recipe Data: Recipes you save, including ingredients, instructions, and image URLs (detected from images you paste, or fetched from third-party sources such as Unsplash)
- Preferences: Your preferred measurement units and app settings
- Payment Information: When you subscribe to Pro, payment is processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. We do not store your credit card details. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and sales tax compliance.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: How you interact with the app (features used, recipes parsed)
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type
- Log Data: IP address, access times, pages viewed

- Service Providers: Companies that help us operate (Supabase for database, Paddle for payments, Vercel for hosting, Anthropic for AI processing, Unsplash for stock recipe images)

- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
Data Retention
- Account Data: Retained while your account is active
- Recipe Data: Retained until you delete recipes or your account
- Usage Logs: Retained for 90 days
When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
